| Regarding the water used to brew our sake | April 15, 2011 |
Our water has been inspected by the testing center at the Mutenka Shokuhin (Natural Foods) Marketing Cooperative, one of Japan's official designated facilities for radiation testing. Our water was found to be safe with no radioactive substances detected.
